  • The nested T-hangars have a 42 ft wide and 12 ft tall door. The tail cove extends 25 ft. This standard design fits almost every single engine plane out there.

    There are also 4 slightly larger hangars at the building corners which have a wider tail section, as well as a few larger wing section units.

  • The rental rate starts at $395/month with yearly increases at 3%. Larger units incur a premium.

  • The minimum rental term is 1 year but we’re very open to flexible terms to secure your space.
