The nested T-hangars have a 42 ft wide and 12 ft tall door. The tail cove extends 25 ft. This standard design fits almost every single engine plane out there.
There are also 4 slightly larger hangars at the building corners which have a wider tail section, as well as a few larger wing section units.

The rental rate starts at $595/month with yearly increases at 3%. Larger units incur a premium.

In addition to base rent tenant are responsible for leasehold taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance and management fees. The total for all cost is currently estimated at $80-90/month.

The minimum rental term is 1 year but we’re very open to longer terms to secure your space.
